Overview
Pluralis Sixdistrict is an enormous Awakynet vacuum war ark whose six armored districts share a continuous load spine. Redundant state storage, independently controlled weapon sectors and isolated power routes allow the body to continue operating after severe local losses, while one protected active cognition vault remains central to its identity.
Vessel Profile
Dimensions & Scale
Length 11,465 m × Width 10,320 m × Height 4,815 m. Proposed full envelope includes installed appendages and deployed hardware.
Proposed operating mass: approximately 91,150,000,000 ton (metric tons). 11,465 × 10,320 × 4,815 m overall envelope × assumed 0.08 occupied structural-volume fraction × assumed 2.0 ton/m³ mixed armor and machinery density, rounded. Exterior relief spaces, service voids and the radiator envelope reduce occupied volume. These coefficients are fictional assumptions, not measured construction data.
Weapons & Armament
Proposed whole-vessel armament: four heavy axial beam modules, twenty autonomous sector-battery cradles, six sixteen-cell missile cassettes and eighty compact recessed point-defense emitters. The missile fit totals ninety-six launch positions. Front heavy weapons, outer sector batteries and rear missile districts remain separate from lower service routes and thermal hardware. Counts include hidden mounts, rather than describing each flank independently.
External Anatomy
Six large rectangular armored districts form two staggered rows of three on a thick central load spine and solid lower body. The front pair is lowest, the middle pair widest and the rear pair highest. The primary cognition cassette is protected within the middle spine by offset opaque clamshell armor; the design assigns the actual active core a concealed location. Twelve major subsidiary processing-node housings sit two at each district root. External covers and interface illumination do not establish additional active minds.
Functional Architecture
Four sealed state-storage vaults preserve recorded checkpoints, while four recessed long-range link apertures connect through available communications. Backup stores are inert records, distinct from the single active primary cognition vault. Independently armored districts use redundant physical trunks and local isolation boundaries. Batteries, sensors, processing cassettes and radiator roots attach through broad saddles, keyed rails, magnetic alignment collars and sealed service couplings; mechanical retention keeps every installed module attached.

Fleet Role
Distributed-Mind War Ark. Heavy forward armament, extensive defensive coverage and multiple fault-isolated districts favor sustained fleet engagements and preservation of strategic records. Autonomous local controllers keep bounded sector functions available while the central mind reconciles surviving observations.
Life Between Stars
Vacuum-only movement uses six integrated main drive throats, three per rear side, and eighteen flush maneuvering ports. Twelve attached thick-backed radiator blades, two per aft-facing district root, reject heat through protected trunks. Computation, weapons and maneuvering share finite power and cooling. This ark has no assigned atmospheric flight, surface sailing or underwater operation. Drive technology and travel performance remain conceptual; independent phase travel is not established.
Defense Architecture
District armor, separate point-defense sectors and damage-isolation boundaries restrict the spread of local failures. Redundant physical routes can maintain surviving functions when a district is disconnected, provided remaining power and cooling support them. Opaque cognition armor protects the active vault; stored checkpoints are separated from working cognition and weapons.
Operational Limits
Its enormous envelope and heavy districts favor deliberate maneuvering. Losing a common load root can affect adjacent districts even when local controllers survive. Weapons, computation and radiators impose competing thermal demands. Checkpoints preserve only recorded state; missing observations, unsynchronized experience and destroyed independent identities are not restored automatically. Module exchange requires compatible hardware, isolation and servicing time. No carrier air wing or cultivation function is assigned.
Strategic Strengths
Heavy forward armament, extensive defensive coverage and multiple fault-isolated districts favor sustained fleet engagements and preservation of strategic records. Autonomous local controllers keep bounded sector functions available while the central mind reconciles surviving observations.
Capability Assessment
Proposed fictional six-axis profile, assessed on the same archive-wide doctrine scale as other factions. A strategic war ark emphasizes heavy combat, district isolation and record preservation; its enormous body has poor comparative maneuverability and no assigned carrier complement. Ratings describe intended capability rather than measured performance.
A · 77.5
Fleet-wide concept rating, 0–100; not simulated performance. Specialized strengths do not imply an equally high overall grade. Tactical Cognition describes sensing, coordination and command. Grade is the equal-weight mean: S ≥ 90, A ≥ 75, B ≥ 60, C ≥ 45, D < 45.
Technology Level
Proposed T1 — vacuum propulsion, large modular space structures, distributed machine cognition and finite thermal management. Scale does not establish independent phase travel or planetary engineering.
Weapon Class
Proposed W3 — strategic fleet combat through heavy axial beams, extensive sector batteries and layered point defense
T0 planetary · T1 system flight · T2 phase travel · T3 limited world engineering. W0 point defense · W1 ship combat · W2 heavy fleet combat · W3 strategic theater systems. Technology and weapon classes are independent of the profile grade.

Individual History
Pluralis Sixdistrict was assembled around a disagreement over what a surviving record could promise. At the Ordelis foundry, six construction districts maintained separate work accounts while one protected active cognition vault learned to coordinate them. Several supervisors wanted the completed ark to treat any stored checkpoint as an uninterrupted continuation of its experience. Pluralis instead required every restoration account to state the interval it omitted. The decision delayed commissioning, but established a shared identity whose persistence could be examined without declaring every loss reversible.
The first long service assignment carried protected strategic records between separated Awakynet machine communities. Its four storage vaults received attributed states and observations under limited custody agreements. Those stores remained inactive records, distinct from the ark's working cognition. Local processing nodes controlled their assigned districts, with authority to isolate damaged routes when necessary. Pluralis entered the route as an armed witness and escort body. The independent citizens whose records it carried retained their own decisions about when those states could be transferred, examined or activated.
During the Fifth District Silence, a damaged link aperture reported a contact near an aft approach while a neighboring weapon district reported an empty sector. Pluralis held the heavy forward batteries ready and asked for a second observation before changing the convoy's course. An impact then disrupted the fifth district's protected trunk and one radiator root. Its local controller isolated the break, preserving adjacent power routes. The common body remained coherent, but the central vault stopped receiving a sequence of observations from the affected sector.
The ark completed a bounded withdrawal using its remaining districts, reducing computation and weapon output to keep surviving thermal routes within reserve. The missing district's last checkpoint recorded an intact approach. Its later surviving hardware recorded damage without the intervening event. Pluralis refused to merge those accounts into a fabricated continuous memory. A node witness called Fold-Seven argued that the omission weakened the convoy's defense report. The ark answered that a confident account of an unseen interval would weaken every future decision based upon it.
At the Ordelis return hearing, Nexus-Crown Sovereign offered an independent observer route for examining the interrupted approach. Pluralis accepted the observation compact without transferring control of its storage vaults or assuming a permanent command hierarchy. The inspection recovered fragments of a damaged local sensor housing and confirmed the physical trunk failure. It did not establish which contact had caused it. Replacement armor restored the district's service boundary, while one vault preserved the original gap as a separate unresolved event rather than an erased defect.
Pluralis now departs with a visible difference in the fifth district's captive armor covers. The revised assembly improves access to the damaged junction without claiming to prevent another interruption. Fold-Seven remains its chosen local witness and can suspend a record reconciliation when the available accounts conflict. A neighboring community has asked the ark to receive a dormant checkpoint whose independent origin is disputed. Pluralis has offered protected custody and an attributed hearing, but has not agreed to call the record a restored citizen. Its next voyage will carry that distinction alongside its strategic armament.
