Dimensions & Scale

Overall length, width, height and operating mass are not specified

Light is the supplied size class. The continuous pressure-bearing middle, projecting attack anatomy and mineral growths do not establish a numerical hull envelope, displacement, operating depth or pressure limit.

04 / VESSEL RECORD

Weapons & Armament

A dominant forward attack layer integrates the bow's living maw and resonance weapon regions. Compact torpedo or shard support and interceptor-torpedo pods supplement the main attack. Tight local defensive coverage remains part of the same connected body.

Human-derived weapon and launch organization, Bugvex-derived attack anatomy and Cryvum-derived mineral apertures act together rather than forming independent visiting weapon packages. Exact counts, calibers, payload capacities, release rates and engagement ranges are unassigned.

External Anatomy

A directional leading body combines ivory bone, muted burgundy tissue and faceted mineral masses around an occupied pressure-bearing middle. Dark structural and acoustic roots join the more exposed attack and sensing regions. The lower body remains smoother than the dorsal combat growths, while the stern gathers protected sprint and vector-control channels.

The supplied design excludes exposed propellers, ordinary rocket exhaust and a disconnected spacecraft-engine cluster. Its distinctive structure comes from the integration of all three inheritances, not cosmetic growths attached to a conventional submarine.

Functional Architecture

Pressure organization — Engineered load paths and structured internal volume integrate with living tissues and cultivated crystal-metal supports. Maintaining a pressure boundary requires the whole connected arrangement to remain viable.

Cognition and sensing — Engineering-derived organization, neural regulation and lattice awareness contribute to one coordinated individual. They do not imply an automatic agreement among every Meldaen body sharing the same ancestry.

Movement and recovery — Protected vector channels and hydrolattice field control support quiet cruise and high-output sprint operation. Feeding, compatible mineral material, servicing and time govern recovery; damaged tissue is not renewed without cost.

Technical Specifications

Offensive rating: 73/100 — A concentrated forward attack layer with compact torpedo or shard support favors local interception and ambush

Defensive rating: 65/100 — A continuous pressure-bearing middle and fused protective anatomy support submerged survival, with vulnerable sensing and living interfaces

Mobility rating: 81/100 — A strong sprint sector and protected vector channels support pursuit, while quiet cruise requires a different operating posture

Tactical cognition rating: 75/100 — Integrated sensing, pressure awareness and route knowledge support difficult judgments in confined underwater approaches

Endurance rating: 51/100 — Sprint demand, pressure integrity and biological or mineral recovery compete for finite reserves

Fleet support rating: 42/100 — Screening and local passage protection help nearby growth or service bodies, without assigning heavy recovery capacity

Fleet Role

Intercept and disrupt threats using submerged approaches, with particular value in rapid pursuit and short ambush opportunities. The body can protect an intake or growth passage through positioning and bounded attack. A light hunter's sprint and forward pressure do not replace the sustained presence of a heavy undersea fortress.

Undersea Operations

The assigned domain is underwater. High-output sprint propulsion operates through protected directional and vector-control channels, with quiet-cruise surfaces supporting less exposed movement between engagements. Pressure architecture and sensing remain relevant throughout the maneuver rather than only at the moment of attack.

Sea-surface operation, atmospheric flight, independent spaceflight and phase travel are not established. The T fusion subtype identifies Triune ancestry and does not grant a technology tier or additional operating domains.

10 / VESSEL RECORD

Defense Architecture

Engineered pressure organization, living protective anatomy and mineral supports reinforce the occupied middle body. Local defensive regions guard nearby approaches while the directional bow remains available for the main attack.

Sensory tissues, soft circulation junctions and disrupted vector channels can reduce useful function without destroying every protective layer. A high-output sprint can sacrifice the concealment available during quieter cruising. Structural repair and regrowth require viable conditions rather than unlimited regeneration.

11 / VESSEL RECORD

Operational Limits

Confined routes can restrict turning and force a choice between pursuit and protection of an occupied passage. Sprint activity increases exposure and spends reserves needed for withdrawal or recovery. Damaged sensing can make a familiar approach harder to interpret after the immediate danger has passed.

Exact speed, operating depth, pressure rating and weapon capacity are unassigned. Triune integration does not supply limitless healing, instant replacement of lost growth material or authority over other Meldaen individuals.

Strategic Strengths

A narrow directional approach, continuous pressure-bearing body and powerful protected sprint sector combine within one specialized undersea hunter. Integrated engineering, living regulation and mineral awareness allow it to respond to pressure, terrain and immediate threats as parts of the same situation.

13 / TACTICAL PROFILE

Capability Assessment

Authored relative ratings favor submerged mobility, coordinated awareness and a concentrated forward attack. Moderate protection supports local operations without implying immunity to pressure damage or exposed-root injury. Endurance and support remain bounded by the body's light interception role and finite recovery resources.

History & Lineage

Universe lore · authored service history

Origin

Grew as a complete Triune individual in the Orelith pressure cradle under keeper Kethra Sileth. Its remembered service throat became a vulnerability during a later raid, forcing it to destroy an evacuated part of the place where its own pressure-bearing body had matured.

Lineage & Branch

T — Triune: Human + Bugvex + Cryvum, within Meldaen. The supplied design balance is approximately 40% Human undersea engineering, 30% Bugvex biomass and 30% Cryvum crystal-metal. This individual belongs to the undersea interception branch and remains distinct from Thronemaw Vanguard Surface Interceptor. Shared seed ancestry does not transfer another body's memories, service history or operating domain.

Fleet or Unit

Meldaen — Orelith submerged interception lineage, protecting local material-intake and growth approaches. A limited exchange with the Nareth Shoal surface lineage does not establish permanent alliance or common command.

Individual History

Thronemaw first held pressure as a complete individual inside the Orelith growth cradle, where keeper Kethra Sileth tended the interfaces between structured chambers, living circulation and cultivated mineral roots. The developing body did not experience those inheritances as three passengers sharing a hull. They became the means by which it recognized a single surrounding place. Kethra left an ivory marker near the cradle's outer throat so new hunters could find their return without following every outgoing wake. Thronemaw carried that shape into its first patrols, recognizing home before it had learned how far a sprint could carry it away.

The colony assigned it to a submerged passage connecting material-intake roots with the sheltered cradle approaches. A light interceptor could reach disturbances before the larger pressure bodies completed their turn, but it could not remain at sprint output indefinitely. Thronemaw learned the difference between quiet cruise and the exposed interval of a hard pursuit. Its engineering-derived pressure structure, biological regulation and crystal-metal awareness supported the same movement without removing its costs. Kethra continued using the old cradle after its first departure, receiving damaged attendant bodies and storing material for growths the colony had not yet begun.

A raiding body entered through a disused service throat that joined the cradle's outer working region to the patrol passage. Thronemaw recognized the route through movements it had made while too small to leave by the main opening. The colony's newer barriers did not cover that remembered connection. A forward attack could collapse the narrow throat and prevent the raider from using it again, but the resulting pressure disturbance would destroy the evacuated part of the old growth scaffold. Kethra asked for another route. The interceptor found none it could hold while also keeping the attacker away from the occupied chambers.

Thronemaw drove a noisy sprint across the exposed approach, drawing the raider's pursuit away from Kethra's evacuation path. Attendants moved the current living charges and accessible material through the main opening. Some dormant growth records remained rooted too deeply in the old scaffold to be carried out during that interval. Kethra returned toward them until Thronemaw placed its body across the narrower passage. The keeper withdrew after transmitting the names of the retained growths. Thronemaw then directed its forward attack into the selected support region. The service throat collapsed locally, cutting off the route through which the raider had reached the cradle.

The occupied chambers remained pressure-stable, and the attacker could no longer use the broken service connection to reach them. The outer growth scaffold and its stored material were lost. Thronemaw's ivory return marker disappeared with them. It withdrew with damaged sensory tissue and mineral surfaces that needed feeding and time before another full sprint assignment. Kethra survived and kept the living charges viable, but would not stand beside the interceptor during the colony's account of the defense. To the colony, a dangerous passage had been closed. To Kethra, the body she had helped grow had decided which part of their shared home could be sacrificed.

A limited exchange with the Nareth Shoal surface lineage brought compatible supplies and observations about exposed circulation roots. The older Thronemaw surface interceptor remained a separate individual with a different body and operating domain; the shared name and Triune ancestry conveyed no authority over the submerged hunter's decisions. The supplies sustained recovery but could not recreate the cradle's lost material. Thronemaw returned to the sealed throat after its sensory tissue settled. It carried the list Kethra had transmitted, while the keeper placed surviving growth material in a temporary chamber whose walls had never held either of their earliest memories.

Kethra has since asked Thronemaw to guard a survey of a possible replacement growth site. She has not withdrawn her criticism or promised to restore its old return marker. The interceptor has accepted the bounded patrol and declined an immediate pursuit assignment that would leave the survey exposed. Beneath the broken scaffold, sensing has found an isolated mineral response that might belong to a surviving dormant growth or to the disturbed site itself. Opening a path toward it could compromise the closure that made the occupied chambers safe. Thronemaw must now approach the place it destroyed without allowing the hope of recovering a part of home to decide what the remaining bodies should risk.
